  1. Never skip your breakfast.
  2. Instead of 3 full square meals, consume 4-6 small meals and snacks a day.
  3. Eat your food slower as it will help in preventing you to take larger meal.
  4. Judiciously choose your food like fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grain, low fat meat and skinless poultry.
  5. Avoid fried foods and such items which are high in sugar like cake, pastries, candy.
  6. Completely abstain yourself from alcohol.
  7. Drink at least 10 glasses per day as it helps in removing all impurities from your body.
  8. Don't stick to only one food. Make your weight loss diet plan in such a manner that it includes every fruit and vegetable. As losing weight and formulating diet plan does not mean to starve yourself.
  9. Avoid eating while you are sad. Some people have the tendency to eat more while they are sad, depressed. Get rid of yourself from such situation.
  10. Avoid parties and don't go out for dinner with friends as nothing is worst than eating something in a group.
  11. Exercise, Exercise and Exercise is a golden rule which can majestically change your life. Brisk walking, skipping, swimming, aerobics are such exercises which help in shedding extra kilos.
